Jaisalmer still radiates the medieval, mystic charm and its narrow bazaar lanes offer a unique shopping experience. One can take back many souvenirs, curios etc. along with fond memories of the golden city the beautiful handcrafted items are irresistible.

The embroidery on garments interspersed with mirror work is unmatched. Besides garments, linen, tapestry and small pouches for carrying money are the most sought after souvenirs.

Jaisalmer is famous for embroidery, rajasthani mirror work, rugs, blankets, antiques and old stone work. Tie-dye and other fabrics are made at the Kahdi Gramudyog Bhavan.
