Dear Suman
At the conclusion of our tour of India, we wish to thank & comment AART
& its officiates for the success of our journey. Thanks to your care
& planning we have experience "The Real India" in safety &
comfort & have enjoyed many viewed sights.
We especially
appreciated our careful drivers, Mr. D.K Sexana was excellent and also
unavoidable train problems were well handled. And when one hotel proved
unsatisfactory, we were quickly taken care of. The itinerary was very
fine as well.
For the most part our Guides were very good to
excellent. The one exception was in Mandawa, where a young chap simply
took us from place to place, but he could not speak much English &
knew no history.
The Shani Vilas in Ranthambore should not be
used. Very poor management & no food! We recommend using the
Ranthambore Regency- an excellent faculty. Otherwise Hotels had good
service + friendly Staff. We recommended including at least one
Son-et-Lumire show at the Gwalier.
We recommended allowing fine
for train delay (our original itinerary cut it too close & we would
have missed out our flight)
Overall, we rate this experience &
AART staff, facilities + itinerary was excellent. Well paced, diverse +
comprehensive. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We are happy
to recommend you highly

Dear Suman
First of all it was a great pleasure to meet you and your
wife and the AA Recreation team on our arrival in Delhi. Many thanks for
the most useful gifts of hats and that travel bag which we never stopped
using. My wife and I would like to thank you for all your efforts on our
behalf, as the trip was truly "super". We enjoyed the hotels;
the people of your country, the food and of course the people who acted
as guides and the drivers. Pradeep is one in a million. He was always
there when needed and would always ask if he could do more. His skill at
driving was evident on many an occasion and much appreciated by us. We
enjoyed the whole visit but Dogcart more than any of the stops. The
owners or family were so hospitable and friendly that we all said we
would like to return. We only had one stop, which we requested, but
which we would suggest you not think of using and that is the Gordon
House Hotel. It is two hours drive from the airport across Mumbai
central and the disco continues until 3am. We have already suggested to
friends that they contact you and that you are now on the Internet.
Should you ever want a Recommendation we would
be very happy
to supply one. Our thanks again for making our holiday a memorable one.
With best wishes,
Ian and Gill

Dear Mr Suman Dharamvir
We just wanted to write and tell you how much
we enjoyed our recent holiday in India, organised by your company, AA
Recreation. Everything worked out perfectly - all the drivers were
always there to meet us together with the guides and all the hotels were
expecting us with very good rooms. Pradeep was an exceptionally good
driver - we were very impressed with him - always very neat and tidy
with lovely manners, and he drove beautifully. We thought all the hotels
were good, especially the Imperial, Delhi, the Samode Haveli, Jaipur,
and the Deogarth Mahal, Deogarth was really lovely. We told the Deogarh
Family that you were our travel agent so do contact him if you send
other people there - I am sure your other clients will be very impressed
with the service and hospitality we received there. The only hotel we do
not recommend is the Gordon House in Mumbai - the hotel itself is very
nice but they have a nightclub on the premises which is very, very noisy
until 3.00 am in the morning so it was impossible to sleep! We shall be
passing your brochures onto our friends and strongly recommending your
company to them. We shall certainly return to India in the future. Many
thanks for your all your help and advice.
Kind regards.
