Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Today Arrive Delhi The Capital of India. You are greeted with a traditional Indian Welcome and escorted transfer to hotel.
Day 02 New & Old Delhi
Visit to New Delhi - Lateens designed an "Imperial City" having palatial-sized buildings set amid broad tree-lined avenues punctuated by Mughal style gardens, complete with fountains and shallow pools. Visit to monuments - Humayun’s Tomb and Qutab Minar, Drive pass through the Raisina Hill, past the imposing India Gate, President House and Parliament House. Old Delhi - Here you will view Red Fort, the most Opulent Fort and Palace of the Mughal Empire. Also visit Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi; Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; and Chandni Chowk, the bustling and colorful market of the old city. Chandni Chowk was the commercial center of Delhi in the old time and you will see it come alive in the morning as the trading day starts.
Day 03 Delhi - Agra 204 kms / 4 hrs
After early breakfast Drive to Agra. Afternoon visit to Agra Fort - built by the great Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D., the fort is a masterpiece of design and construction. Within the fort are a number of exquisite buildings, including the Moti Masjid, Diwane-I-Am, Diwane-I-Khas and Musamman Burj, where the Emperor Shah Jahan died in imprisonment, besides Jahangir’s Palace, Khaas Mahal and the Sheesh Mahal. Day 04 Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho
Morning board the Shatabdi Express at 08:00 hrs. Arrive Jhansi. Upon arrival drive to Khajuraho (172 KMS) en route visit the Orccha - A medieval city founded by Bundels rulers with palaces and temples of 16th & 17th Century. Sightseeing of Orccha includes Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Praveen Rai Mahal, Lakshmi Narayan, Chaturbuj and Ram Raj temples.
Day 05 Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh National Park 240 Kms / 5 hrs
Morning visit the eastern group of temples of Khajuraho that consists of the Parasvanath Temple. Also visit the Javeri temple dedicated to Vishnu. Also visit to renowned Khajuraho group of temples with many dedicated to god and goddesses from Hindu Mythology. View the world famous Chandela temples where forthright sculptures celebrate the Joy of life and love for which there is no equivalent in the world.
Later proceed to Bandhavgarh National Park – famous for white tiger. Your home for two nights in Bandhavgarh jungle lodge – walking Distances Park’s main gate and edge in the periphery of the park. It has been developed on a theme on an Indian village, thus has combinations of Mud with thatched roof and inner courtyard. The state has meadows that attract deers & other animal which – come soon after sunset. One can even take a convenient walk in the reserve forest for bird watching as the place is flourishing with fruiting trees. At night in peace and tranquility of the night one can hear various animal calls such as Alarm calls, of Deers, Howling call of the Jackals or an occasional roar of the tiger and wonderful galaxy of stars in the sky.
Day 06 Bandhavgarh National Park
Early Morning & Afternoon Enjoy Game Viewing deep into the Jungle by Jeep along with Forest Guide. There are more than 22 species of mammals and 200 species of birds. Some of the inhabitants of this park are the rhesus macaque, the black-faced langur, jungle cats, chinkara, black buck and the chital. The park attracts many migratory birds in the winter months include the steppe eagle and a variety of water birds. Reptilian fauna includes cobra, krait, python, turtle and a variety of lizards. Many of the animals are by now accustomed; even so, it is best to talk quietly & not to make rapid movements. The best ideal time to visit Bandhavgarh is the November-June period. There are more than 22 species of mammals and 200 species of birds.
Day 07 Bandhavgarh - Kanha National Park 325 kms / 6 hrs
Early Morning we leave for Kanha National Park, Seven hrs drive. The best season to visit the Park is from November to June. Kanha National Park, which is among the best known Tiger Reserves in the Country spread with an area of 1940 sq. kms (740 sq. miles). Your stay is in Kanha Jungle Lodge is just short walk from Kanha National Park, Mukki Entrance Gate. It provides visitors with a truly exciting and rewarding jungle experience. The lodge nests is an 11 acre state of thick mature Sal forest providing idea for bird watching for a natural history oriented traveler. Remainder time is free for rest & relaxes.
Day 08 Kanha National Park
Early Morning & Afternoon Enjoy Game Viewing deep into the Jungle by Jeep along with Forest Guide. Commonly seen Species include cattle egret, pond heron, black ibis, common peafowl, crested serpent, racket-tailed drongo, hawk eagle and red-wattled lapwing; various species of flycatcher, woodpecker, pigeon, dove, parakeet, babbler and mynah; Indian roller, white-breasted kingfisher and grey hornbill. Overnight stay.
Day 09 Kanha National Park - Nagpur - Delhi - Onward Destination
After breakfast drive to Nagpur (300-kms. appx. 6 hours drive) to connect the flight for Delhi at 20:55hrs. Arrive Delhi Domestic Airport at 22:25 hrs. And transfer to International airport to board the flight for Onward Destination
