 The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Tour Highlights
Day 1 Arrival at Port Blair Arrive at the Port Blair airport. Our representative will receive and escort you to the hotel. Check in and after a little relax check out to Corbin’s Cove beach. Afternoon proceed to Anthropological Museum which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes. Then the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail. Overnight stay in Port Blair. Day 2 Port Blair – Ross Island – North Bay Island (Coral Island) – Harbour Cruises (Viper Island) – Port Blair After Breakfast. Move for a memorable journey via cruise to Ross Island (Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime). During the British Occupation till 1942, this island was the seat of power of the Britishers. It was developed into self equipped township with all facilities required for a civilized colony. Afternoon, proceed for a cruise of Harbour by a boat includes a trip to Viper and overnight stay at Port Blair. Day 3 Port Blair – Havelock Island At early morning (0630hrs) with pack breakfast proceed for Havelock Island. Check out in the hotel and afternoon proceed to Radhanagar Beach, rated #7 among the finest beach in Asia and it is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach. Overnight stay Havelock Island. Day 4 Havelock Island - Elephant Bay - Port Blair After breakfast proceed to Elephant Bay Beach at Havelock Island by boat, the ideal destination for snorkeling(with guide), swimming etc and after noon proceed back to Port Blair ( via ferry) and overnight stay at Port Blair. Day 5 Port Blair - Mount Harriet - Port Blair Afternoon, move for Mount Harriet, the highest peak in the South Andaman’s (365 meters high). Afternoon we proceed for Chidiya Tapu is the southern most tip of South Andaman. The lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and the Sylvan Sands and the breath-taking sunset. Day 7 Port Blair City Tour After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing of the Port Blair City. Visit the Chatham Saw Mill, Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Samdudrika, Fisheries, Cellular Jail, Science Center. Then Afternoon to Sagarika emporium (handicraft), Gandhi Park, Marina Park, Water Sports Complex, Airport Hill, mount view of Port Blair City/ surrounding and the local markets. Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Port Blair. Day 8 Depart Port Blair – Airport Dropping Dropping to Airport with memories and terrific holidays at Andaman Islands.
