The island palace of Jagmandir is one of the most exclusive and exquisite venues of HRH Group. Jagmandir's Garden Courtyard can accommodate between 50
to 304 guests for sit-down banquets; upto 500 guests can be catered for buffet style dining.
The Darikhana is a cosy colonnaded venue for upto 40 guests who can enjoy spectacular views of The City Palace during sit-down dinners. Special lighting at Darikhana makes for a truly romantic setting.
Jagmandir's Top Terrace is an even more exclusive and private venue where only 30 guests can be served. The views of the lake, mountains, island palaces and The City Palace are breath taking.
Kunwarpada Lawns have been developed to host dinners for 40 to 100 guests (upto 300 guests for buffet style dining); the lush-green illuminated lawns are on the edge of the lake.
The "other" island palace in Udaipur, Jagmandir is made of the finest yellow sandstone inlaid with marble and has been dedicated to the Lord of the Universe. In the middle of its courtyard is an exquisitely carved chhatri (small domed kiosk) of special grey-green granite called Pareva, imported especially for this purpose. The island itself is flanked by a row of huge carved stone elephants.
This Island has hosted a number of grand events through the decades including weddings, theme parties and royal parties.
The guests are ferried in decorated boats across the lake in form of a procession to the Jagmandir Island in the middle of Lake Pichola, decorated with lights for the special occasion. The whole island has an encompassing view of the City Palace, Lake Palace, the Lake and the Aravali ranges of hills.
The sight as one nears the island is stunning, as the whole island is beautifully illuminated and looks like a floating jewel. Once inside, the place transports you to another era, recapturing the essence of royal leisure palaces.

Fountains play, in its magnificent courtyard as stately elephants guard the entrance to the island.
Dinner and entertainment is a lavish affair, with barbeque snacks made live and a sumptuous spread of buffet dinner, with a choice of traditional yet lively folk song & dance Program or DJ music with a dance floor, with the grand finale of spectacular fire works.
The “Darikhana” the pillar extension, has floor seating with mattress and bolsters and decorated with flowers. Rajasthani folk dances and music fills the atmosphere with waves of happiness. Meanwhile our chefs carefully lay down the buffet inviting guests to savor the specialties of auspicious day.
