The air-conditioned, meter gauge ‘Heritage on Wheels’ has 9 saloons, dining cars, bar-cum-lounge and service cars. This luxury meter gauge train takes you through the unexplored regions of Bikaner and Shekhawati, where you get to see some fascinating forts, castles, and step wells called baoris, cenotaphs and above all the unique havelis with their frescoes.

Heritage on Wheels is yet another initiative by the Indian Railways to bring tourists closer to Indian culture. In association with the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation, the Indian Railways have launched this luxury tourist train.
